Bukayo Saka will earn close to £15million a season when he finally signs his new contract with Arsenal.
The Gunners attacker is emerging as one of the players of the season and underlined his emergence as one of European football’s premier footballers on Sunday with a brilliant goal in England’s 2-0 win over Ukraine.
Sportsmail exclusively revealed last month that Saka had agreed in principle a new long-term deal worth a minimum £10million-a-year.
However, sources have indicated that the true value of his deal - inclusive of bonuses and other attached payments - is closer to £15million, taking his weekly wage to around £300,000-per-week.
The contract, once signed, will make Saka the best paid player at the club and one of the biggest earners in Arsenal’s history.

The 21-year-old winger has been a key part of the Gunners' title charge this season
He is set to earn almost £15 million a year, just short of the recently retired Mesut Ozil's earnings in his time at the Emirates
The deal, however, will be short of Mesut Ozil’s previous £350,000-per-week salary at the Emirates Stadium.
The 21-year-old has become a vital player for club and country over the past 12 months.
A host of clubs, including Manchester City, have been monitoring Saka’s future given his current deal is due to expire at the end of next season.
But Saka has privately made clear that he wants to stay in north London having been convinced of the club’s direction under Arteta.
The forward is eager to start his Champions League career and barring an almighty collapse; Arsenal will qualify for the competition for the first time since the 2016/17 season.

The Scotland International was Arsenal’s first choice before the arrival of Oleksander Zinchenko. Zinchenko’s undeniable contribution to Arteta’s project, on the other hand, has seen him eventually establish himself as Arteta’s first choice at left back. Zinchenko’s ability to not only link up with the left wing through the lines, but also to drift inside and play through the midfield has seen him weaponize Arsenal whenever they play. Tierney also plays well through the lines, but Arsenal are better off with Zinchenko at the moment. Tierney may leave Arsenal this summer due to a lack of playing time. James Benge, a CBS Sports journalist, has cast further doubt on Tierney’s future with his claim about how Ivan Fresneda’s move to Arsenal could affect the full-back position. According to reports

Saka fell to the floor and looked in the pain as he rubbed his left pupil with his shirt. He eventually got back to his feet and managed to continue playing. It led to the Everton fans booing Saka every time he got the ball, seemingly unaware of the nasty-looking injury he did actually suffer. The likes of Jamie Vardy – James Maddison and Tielemans are just three players that are tipped to depart the club – with the Belgian a player that Arsenal were looking at during the January window.
