Arsenal will be looking to maintain their five-point lead at the top of the Premier League when they take on London rivals Fulham on Sunday.
The dramatic 3-2 win over Bournemouth in Arsenal’s previous Premier League outing was the fourth consecutive victory in the league for the Gunners, wih Mikel Arteta’s side pulling clear of Manchester City after a brief dip into second place last month. Arsenal kickstarted their Europa League knockout campaign ahead of the clash with Fulham, drawing 2-2 against Sporting Lisbon in the Round of 16 first-leg.
Next up for the Gunners is a short trip to Craven Cottage to face high-flyers Fulham. The Cottagers have been one of the many surprise packages in the Premier League this season, currently seventh in the table and only six points off the top four.

Arsenal almost got off to the perfect start at Craven Cottage, with Bukayo Saka’s cross headed onto the post by Gabriel Martinelli before Emile Smith Rowe’s follow-up was somehow clawed off the line by Bernd Leno. All of a sudden, the Gunners found themselves behind, and the situation got worse moments later when Martinelli was sent off for a dangerous challenge on Manor Solomon. Despite being a man down, the Gunners kept creating chances and were denied multiple times by Leno, but in the 89th minute, the ex-Arsenal ‘keeper was beaten as Saka levelled the score.
